Please excuse the minimal appearance of our website.
I am currently working on a new design that will more properly accommodate the current state of MMP and my work.
Until then, only the home page that you currently are viewing will be accessible. The most recent films that I have worked on are available below this post in the news archive. When "Fixation" releases, it will also be available for viewing, right here on the home page.
The plan is for an opening of the new site within the next month or two. At that point, it will be a more professional website focusing on the work of myself. There will be a DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY REEL available for viewing, as well as any project that I have worked on as DP, Assistant Camera, or any other major position. Contact will be open for the public to request work and assistance from myself. There will still be a news blog like this one on the new website, but it will not be on the home page. I hope everyone will appreciate the changes.

There haven't been any posts on this site during the new year, so many of you followers may think that we have closed down work. This is not true. It's actually quite the opposite. Work here at MMP is at such a high currently. Most of the work is out-of-the-production work, with Marc being contracted out, working on other other productions as Cinematographer or Assistant Camera. These productions will still be posted here as available for you all to see. MMP-specific works currently are the writing of "Black Dawn", the production of a concert film for the local band WOTEF, photography for the same band, and the final writing stages for the new Return Of The Spirit album. All work is coming along well, and should have exciting results. Another revamp of the website is also in the planning stages. Stay tuned for further developments.

It's been quiet here for the past couple months at MMP, but it's because we have some ideas brewing.
First of all, we are still at work writing the script to the third part of the "Trip" series. It will be entitled "Black Dawn". The title teaser can be seen below.
Secondly, "The End" was entered into the Rooftop Comedy Film Festival, but unfortunately it did not make it past the first round of selection and into the Top 32. Robert La Rosa's film "Luck of the Draw", which was photographed by Marc of MMP, was also entered, but suffered the same fate. As a result, there is a newly edited version of "The End", without profanity, which has now replaced the old version on this s.te.
Finally, Marc of MMP, along with other members of the film department at C.W. Post have formed a paranormal investigative group called L.I.G.H.T. (Long Island Ghost Hunting Team). This is news for MMP, as we will be producing a web-series based on our investigations. Tonight, the night before Halloween, will be out first major investigation. The episodes will be produced in the same vein as TV shows like "Ghosthunters" (SyFy Channel) and "Ghost Adventures" (Travel Channel). The first episode should hopefully be released on our new YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/majesticmooseprod) within the next week.

-24 August 2009- Last night was the cast and crew premiere of Robert La Rosa's film "Collision" (Bob-O-Vision Productions; 2009)! I have been working on this film since the completion of "Shadow". I am credited as the Director Of Photography and Cinematographer. Please watch the film on the left hand side, or follow this link to the actual video so you can leave comments! Our first announcement for the rest of 2009 is that for the past month and a half, since the release of "Shadow", I, Marc, have been doing the cinematography for a new Bob-O-Vision Production entitled "Collision" (promotional poster pictured above). It is a drama of a man taking the law into his own hands after the killing of his best friend. The film should be released at the end of this month, so look out for it! I will most likely post a link on this page to view the film when it is complete. If locally successful, Robert, head of Bob-O-Vision, director/lead actor of "Collision", may decide to submit it to the Long Island Film Festival where we hope it would be accepted. Keep a look out for the film at the end of the month, and show your support!
